Το Project: Deep Democracy - Fostering Respect in Group Facilitation έλαβε χώρα από τις 21 έως και τις 28 Φεβρουαρίου 2019 στην Krzyzowa της Πολωνίας, συγκεντρώνοντας 27 νέους και νέες youthworkers από 9 οργανώσεις, ενεργές σε 8 χώρες της Ευρώπης (Ελλάδα, Πολωνία, Ιταλία, Ρουμανία, Βουλγαρία, Βόρεια Μακεδονία και Λετονία). Όλα ξεκίνησαν την ημέρα της ανακοίνωσης των επιλαχόντων. Έτσι ξαφνικά 6 διαφορετικά άτομα γίναμε ομάδα με κοινό σκοπό, την συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα Developing by sharing στο Παραλίμνι της Κύπρου. Η πρώτη μας επαφή ως ομάδα συνέβη στην Λάρνακα και έτσι συνέχισε το ταξίδι μας για την υπόλοιπη ημέρα.
