Προσοχή: Στο infopack αναφέρεται το ηλικίακό εύρος 16-30 ετών, όμως ο φορέας μας δεν υποστηρίζει τη συμμετοχή ανηλίκων συμμετεχόντων.
*Προτεραιότητα θα δοθεί σε άτομα με λιγότερες ευκαιρίες.

Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρικά απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής (για συμμετέχοντες από Ελλάδα μέγιστο 309,00€ + 2 ημέρες ταξιδιού ή 417,00€ + 4 ημέρες ημέρες ταξιδιού για GREEN TRAVEL (ταξίδι με λεωφορείο, τρένο ή συνεπιβατισμό [car-pooling]).
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.
About the project:
EUth Connected in Action is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from six countries to explore what it means to be European today and how we can shape a more inclusive, digital and sustainable future.
During 9 days in Djakovo, Croatia, 36 young people will learn from each other, share experiences and develop skill to become active citizent in their communities and beyond.
Objectives:
-Strengthen participants’ understanding of European identity, citizenship and shared values, and encourage active participation in democratic life.
-Develop digital competences and explore digital youth work practices, encouraging the creative and responsible use of digital tools.
-Promote inclusion and diversity, creating a safe and supportive environment where all young people feel valued, respected and empowered.
-Raise awareness about geographical remoteness and rural challenges, and encourage youth participation and development in rural areas.
-Inspire actions for a Sustaineble Green Europe, fostering environmental responsibility and sustainable lifestyles.
-Build international connections and strengthen cooperation among young people from different countries, encouraging dialogue, understanding and lasting partnerships.
