Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρικά απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής (για συμμετέχοντες από Ελλάδα μέγιστο 309,00€ + 2 ημέρες ταξιδιού για συμβατικό ταξίδι ή 417,00€ + 4 ημέρες ημέρες ταξιδιού για GREEN TRAVEL).
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.
About the project:
EUth Wortkers in Action is an international Training Course bringing together 27 participants from Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Georgia, Armenia, Portugal, Greece and Italy to explore how youth work can contribute to ore inclusive, participatory and democratic societies.
Throughout the training, participants will explore the connection between European identity, citizenship and shared values, while looking at practical ways to create meaningful opportunities for young people to participate in their communities and in democratic life.
Objectives:
– To enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of youth workers and leaders in the fields of participation, active citizenship, inclusion and democratic values.
– To equip participants with concrete methods and tools that can be directly applied in youth work to crerate more inclusive, participatory and meaningful youth activities in their local contexts.
-To strengthen thge capacity of youth workers to involve young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, in community life and democratic processes.
-To explore and practice the use of digital tools and innovative methods in youth work in order to make youth activities more acessible, engaging and relevant for today;s young people.
-To foster intercultural dialogue, exchange of good practices and long-term cooperation among partner organisations, supporting a stronger and more connected European youth work community.
-To enable participants to use the gained knowledge and experience to improve youth work in their local, national and international contexts, and to act as multipliers of positive change within their organisations and beyond.
