(Η Ελληνική αποστολή θα απαρτίζεται από 8 συμμετέχοντες: 4 νέους 18-30 ετών [κατά προτεραιότητα 18-25 ετών] και 4 εργαζόμενους με νέους [youth workers] άνω των 18 ετών)

Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρική απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής (για συμμετέχοντες από Ελλάδα μέγιστο 285€).
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.
About the project:
Our project is driven by the shared recognition among the partners of the transformative power of art and creativity in youth work and for youth development. By strengthening the capacities of youth workers to successfully engage with young people and provide them with meaningful experiences, the project seeks to build a robust foundation to address the diverse needs and challenges faced by young people today. On the other hand, by directly engaging young people through the implementation of innovative methodologies and activities, the project aims to empower them to become active agents of their own development, contributors to a better society.
Through the creation of inclusive spaces for artistic and creative expression, the project will foster continuous learning and professional growth within the field of youth work, supporting the delivery of high-quality programs that are relevant, engaging, and impactful, building stronger networks and collaborations within the youth work sector, and promoting a more coordinated and coherent approach to address the needs of young people, thus contributing to the holistic growth of the youth field as a whole.
Objectives:
Through different NFE methodologies and concrete development of outputs, notably a toolkit on creative thinking and a guide for creative spaces, youth workers will learn how to facilitate activities and shape environments that empower young people to explore art and social change. Our project aimsto provide all the involved participants with the right tools, materials and resources to support their learning process towards youth empowerment.
Below the main objectives:
– Enhance youth workers’ and partner NGOs’ capacities to effectively nurture young people’s emotional and creative growth,
– equip youth workers with art-based resources and methods to support the creative potential of young people,
– empower young people to use their critical thinking to contribute to positive social change through artistic expression,
– engage young people in creative processes that contribute to personal development, civic participation and community building.
