Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 275 ευρώ από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

The project will consist of one training course – «Startup Incubator». It will be implemented in October 2019, 15th‐22nd, in Krzyzowa, Poland.

Participants of the training will be youth workers, educators, people actively working with youth, also volunteers of partner organisations. Partners of the project come from Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Croatia, Czech Republic.

The working language of the project will be English. The project will be implemented using non‐formal education methods, such as simulations, role plays, group work, brainstorm, mind‐mapping, games, icebreakers, theatre, creative presentations.

The project objectives are to:
– raise business competences of particiants and partner organisations (in finding business opportunities, creating a business plan, presenting their ideas to acquire funding, etc.),
– explore the situation of young people in Europe, understand their position and problems at the labour market,
– equip participants with interesting and innovative methods of youth work,
– provide basic knowledge about the Erasmus+ programme, European funding possibilities for startups, etc. ,
– create a network of youthworkers capable of providing young people with assistance in starting their own businesses,
– strengthen relationships among partner organisations, to develop new project ideas
– explore possibilities given by Erasmus+ programme and cooperation in the field of youth.
