Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρική απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής (για συμμετέχοντες από Ελλάδα μέγιστο 395€).
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.
About the project:
CORE Training is a 6-day international training course organised by Associação Juventude de Vila Fonche under its Erasmus+ Accreditation in the youth field. It brings together youth workers, volunteers and partner organisations working with young people with fewer opportunities, particularly in rural and marginalised areas.
Through collaborative learning and non-formal education, the course will focus on:
-Communication in youth work (clear, inclusive, intentional communication)
-Mediation and conflict resolution (tools, attitudes, and facilitation skills)
-Teamwork & group dynamics (building cooperation and preventing escalation)
-Applying these tools with young people, especially in rural and vulnerable contexts.
Objectives:
-To strengthen youth workers’ practical skills in communication, with a focus on clarity, inclusion, and intentional language in youth work settings.
-To equip participants with tools for mediation and conflict resolution, including prevention, de-escalation, and constructive dialogue.
-To explore and practise approaches such as active listening, feedback, assertive communication and restorative perspectives, adapted to real youth work contexts.
-To connect methods and learning outcomes to the ETS Competence Model and Youthpass, supporting recognition of competencies and reflection on professional practice.
-To enable the exchange of good practices and real case studies among partner organisations, reinforcing peer-learning and international networking.
