The Training Course «Non Formal Lab – Theatre Edition» that was implemented in Presenzano, Italy between 2-8 May 2024. The TC was the second mobility of the Youth Workers Mobility KA153 project under the same name, after the Study Visit that took place in Sweden earlier this year (March 2024). The project was funded by the Italian NA for Erasmus+/Youth and included partners from 8 countries, Italy (coordinator), Greece, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Sweden.
The project aimed at developing youth workers’ professional competences, using NFE tools, methods and techniques in youth work practice, specifically focusing on theatre methods and performative acts.
Metaxenia, Loukas and Konstantinos took part in the Training Course and they are sharing their experience.
Our Amazing Erasmus Adventure in Italy! 
We had the incredible opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ program focused on Non-Formal Education (NFE) and theater methods in the beautiful Presenzano, Caserta, Italy. We connected with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and created unforgettable memories. 
The facilitators were fantastic, always ready to assist and guide us through every step. We engaged in exciting activities like improvising in different scenarios and the thrilling «Volcano» game, where teamwork was key to «escaping» from the volcano. 
Another highlight was creating our own newspaper theater acts and designing workshops, fostering collaboration and creativity. 
Set on a charming farm, the fresh air and natural surroundings added a special touch to our experience. 
We bonded through energizers, cultural nights, karaoke, and even a guided meditation session that left us feeling refreshed and connected. 
The grand finale with the Erasmus Youth Pass celebration was a heartwarming moment, filled with sharing, laughter, and writing beautiful notes to each other. 
This journey was truly enriching and unforgettable. We laughed, learned, and grew together. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
