Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρικά απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής (για συμμετέχοντες από Ελλάδα μέγιστο 275 Ευρώ).

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Project summary:

The project “Green Democracy” emphasizes supporting social cohesion and active citizenship through the lens of eco activism. We will concentrate on youth activism, how and why young individuals establish grassroots movements, advocating for issues that resonate with them.
The primary activity of the project will be a training course designed for youth workers from partner organizations, comprising the project’s main target group. The activity will gather 25 participants from partners’ organisations from Italy, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Lithuania, Bulgaria, and Poland. The training course will be hosted by TDM2000 Polska In Krzyżowa, Poland, from 19th to 26th April, 2024.

Objectives:

The project was designed to:
-deepen understanding of situation of young people in Europe;
-learn versatile and engaging methodology of non-formal education;
-learn about global eco-activism as an effective way of inluencing policies;
-learn and exchange good practices in youth work with other youth workers and organisation;
-practice newly acquired methods in safe and friendly environment;
-understand our responsibilities as youth workers in civic education of young European and global citizens;
-learn about the new Erasmus+ programme and its potential for supporting non formal education.
