TC  «Combating Unemployment Through The Entrepreneurial Method», 16-25/11/2023, Cyprus

Between 16th and 25th of November, we, Althea, Desi and Danai had the chance to participate in a Training Course «Combating Unemployment through the Entrepreneurial Method» in Paralimni, Cyprus 🇨🇾. We gathered 18 Youth Workers from North Macedonia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia and Lithuania and hosted in a pictureque southeast coastal area.

Here is a video from our experience: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HMAFoglNDHU and the testimonials from the Greek Team:

«It was a unique experience, due to the group’s dynamic and how dedicated we were to our topic, Combating Unemployment via Entrepreneurial methods. We discussed about Entrepreneurs, Communication and public speaking, Culture and Inclusion. Also, we made our own entrepreneurial ideas and presented them in groups one of the most interesting moments were when we visited some local businesses and used digital tools and resources for entrepreneurs! During the project, we applied many of them and I will continue so! Thank you Inga, Natalia and Renos!»

Danai

«It was very productive TC .It was very interesting learn more about the entrepreneurial method through various activities including research of small local businesses, how to make a business plan and how to promote it. For sure I feel happy to meet so many new people, but I liked the most that I had the opportunity to develop my digital competence:for example how to work with various online platforms and in this way I gained practical skills relevant for my professional development.»

Desi

«I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I had during the Erasmus Plus project in Cyprus, with C.E.T. Platform HELLAS as the sending organization and NECI EU as the gracious host. One of the highlights of this Erasmus + project was the opportunity to meet truly awesome people. The diverse group of participants brought unique perspectives and experiences, fostering an environment of collaboration and learning. The insights gained, especially in the areas of Entrepreneurship and combat of Youth Unemployment, have been invaluable and will undoubtedly influence my future endeavors. I am leaving Cyprus with a wealth of knowledge, new friendships, and a renewed enthusiasm for making a positive impact in my community. Thank you to everyone involved in orchestrating this remarkable experience.»
