Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, καλύπτονται πλήρως διαμονή και διατροφή και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής ανάλογα με τη χιλιομετρικά απόσταση, σύμφωνα με τον υπολογιστή απόστασης της Ευρωπαϊκής επιτροπής. Η ταξιδιωτική αποζημίωση θα γίνει βασιζόμενη σε πραγματικά κόστη, με μέγιστο ποσό τα 275 ευρώ.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.
Project Summary:
As we all know, after two years of pandemic, different restrictions and also blocked almost all activities in which young people, youth workers and leaders could participate in direct communicationwith each other and between each other, we decided to implement this project in order to cover the gap of 2 generations of young people who didnt had opportunity to participate in youth activities during the pandemic but also who didnt had opportunity to get information about active citizenship, how to become active citizens, how to be active on their local, regional, national and international level, how to become involved in youth activities, how to organize different activities in order to takeinititative and make some positive changes in the society, how to prepare activities, how to work on promotion of European values, how to work on promotion of youthwork and youth activities, and these are the reasons why we decided to implement this project and give young people chance to compensate 2 years of passive activities and through different non formal and informal methods learn from eachothers and gain new knowledge, skills and atittude and improve their key competencies related toactive citizenship, European values, active involvement in the society but also to think about how toinclude digital tools in different youth activities in orderto be prepared for any non expected situationsin the future. The project is based on research that we implement in the second half of 2022. together with our partners in order to recognize the needs of young people in our society and to get to knowwhat they lack in order to become actively involved in society and to actively participate in democratic processes and different activities which as a goal have to make positive changes in the society and tomake a positive impact on the society in which we all live nowadays.
Objectives of our project are:
-Encourage youth workers and active leaders to engage more in working with young people and to motivate them more in order to make an impact and increase the numberof young people who are actively involved in the society
-Promote inclusion of young people, especially young people with fewer opportunities inorder to show on our own example that it is possible through different ways ofinvolvement but also through more attention provided to those young people
-Provide youth workers, active leaders, and youth organizations with the tools and methodsthat can be used in youth work on the topic of active citizenship, human rights, European values,and environmentally sustainable youth work
-Motivate youth workers, and active leaders to work on the creation of new learningmethods for young people but also to be innovative and transform their ideas into the reality
-Encourage youth workers and active leaders to use digital tools in “traditional” youthwork methods in order to make it more modernized but also in order to make it moreinteresting and attractive for young people especially nowadays when young people areusing technology for everything
-Make youth workers and youth organizations think out of the box and adapt theirapproach to the different needs of young people in order to support and promote theinclusion of young people, especially young people with fewer opportunities
-Promote the Erasmus+ program and projects which can be done within Erasmus+ inorder to reach more young people with information about it but also in order to increasethe number of young people and organizations who will be involved in Erasmus+ projects,especially from those countries that are still not enough involved and that are dealingwith lack of information
-Promote sustainability and environmentally friendly habits of youth organizations in order tomake an impact on other young people and to make an impact on the society in order in generalthrough different promotional and raising awareness activities
