Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 275 ευρώ.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Project summary:

Lack of empathy is related to aggression, delinquency, and lack of success in private and professional life. Challenges/problems young people face regarding aggression, lack of tolerance, lack of understanding, bullying, online aggression and bullying, social exclusion, lack of awareness on differences between people and their feelings, lack of humility, lack of emotion self-regulation that are caused because of lack of empathy or low level of empathy.

Within this project we want to gather youth workers and youth leaders working with young people sharing similar interests, having different level of experience and practice to exchange knowledge, skills, competences and attitudes in order to know how to increase the empathy in young people as well as to:

• prepare and test tools, instruments, methods for youth workers and youth leaders that will support them in leading youth for a change;
• teach youth workers, partner organisations and young people about empathy;
• increase the awareness on importance of building empathy in youngsters;
• develop competences of youth workers and youth leaders in facilitating workshops on empathy for young people;
• activate youth workers and youth leaders on local and national level;
• build up long-term partnerships between participants and participating organisations;
• stimulate the capacity of participating organisations on local, national and international level;
• promote Erasmus Plus Programme and European Union values on local, national, international level.
