Τίτλος Προγράμματος: «Youth Entrepreunership Academy»

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

Project contains 1 main activity and minimum 18 local activities of partner organizations. Main activity of this project is training course «Youth Entrepreneurship Academy» which will take place in Djakovo, Croatia from 05. – 14. November 2019. and which will gather 31 participants in total. Partner organizations from Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania and Ukraine will send each 3 participants. During the main activity participants will participate in discussions, presentations, debates, meetings, simulations and non-formal games. During the whole main activity, we will use non formal education methods through which participants will be more relaxed and will spend their time learning by doing.

Participants on this project will be youth workers and youth leaders who who have high motivation to learn about the topic of entrepreneurship and process of development of business idea from theory to practice, to share their previous experience and to gain skills, knowledge and attitude which will make them able to independently or in cooperation with partner organization, organize and implement workshops on topic of entrepreneurship for young people in their community. One of the main criteria for participants on this project will be to organize local activity in their local community after the training in order to participate fully in the project and in project dissemination phase.

The objectives of this project are:
-raise employment of young people on national and international level which is also related with Europe 2020. Strategy
-reduce the number of people, especially young people who are experiencing social exclusion and have fewer opportunities
-put attention on individual empowerment of youth workers and subsueqently on young people in their local communities in order to empower them to take initiatives needed for development of entrepreneurship (ET 2020.)
-equalization of opportunities for young people in all involved countries regardless on level of development of the country or on the fewer opportunities with which are young people very often faced in involved countries
-promotion and support of international and intercultural learning
-promotion of non formal learning and improvement of non formal learning methods but also of learning by doing process
-modernisation of non formal learning through usage of different tools and methods
-creating new international opportunities for young people, especially with Erasmus+ programme.
