Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και καλύπτονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 180 ευρώ.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Project summary:

The youth Exchange «The Road to Success of Future Leaders» aims to develop the potential of participants to become aware of their leadership capacity, working on their self-development in order to empower them to be effective leaders when working with young people in a non-formal environment. During this 9-day project, 31 participants from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia and Greece will take part in a various activities where they will gain an increased awareness of their leadership style and their role when working with young people. They will develop the skills, attitudes and approaches leaders require to impact positively on the lives of young people.
The aims of this youth exchange are: to assist the participants in their personal growth and independence and in the development of their leadership competences; to enable participants to understand and trust their own ability to inspire young people, as well as to provide the participants with good communication and group dynamics skills. In addition, the value of the Erasmus+ will be discovered as a tool for the development of young people and for the creation of future long- lasting partnerships.

Methodology:

The programme is designed with a logical flow that starts with introduction to concepts and progressively gets into the topic, to end up working on the creation by participants of practical results.
The main project activities include: discussions, interactive presentations, games, outdoor activities, intercultural evenings.
The working methods are selected in conformity with an unified methodology based on non-formal education and consist of: creative presentations, ice-breaking games, energizers, discussions, team-building games, learning through experience, methods for summarizing, work in small groups, evaluation methods and the “World café” method.
