Το πρόγραμμα είναι επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και καλύπτονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 360 ευρώ. Υπάρχει μικρό κόστος συμμετοχής 30 ευρώ προς τον οργανισμό φιλοξενίας της Σουηδίας, τα οποία θα αφαιρεθούν από το σύνολο των ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων στη φάση της αποζημίωσης.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are legally constitute organizations created by people that operate independently from any form of government and they represent the most crucial part of a progressive society. They are involved in many different fields, such as education, employability, youth mobility, environment, social inclusion, etc. Usually NGOs are born from ideas of motivated people and volunteers that want to make the difference and bring changes. It means that who manage the NGOs can be common people without any background in management/economy/business, but regardless from their focus, all NGOs need a good organization, planning and management. This represents one of the critical aspects which can become a real problem in the development and maintenance of NGOs. People who want run a NGO, especially youngsters, sacrifice their time, energy and money and very often they are obliged to give up because they are not able to manage the organization.

Today building up NGOs is a risk, but having the right tools it is still possible and we strongly believe that this risk can be decreased by helping youth NGOs workers. Therefore, key objectives of our project are:
-Train management and organization skills, also developing a specific toolbox;
-Inform and guide youth workers in the development of a professional career in the third sector;
-Improve competence in PR, fundraising and marketing;
-Improve the level of key competences and skills of participants (mostly with fewer opportunities) and introduction to the practices of self-evaluation of the 8 Key competences;
-Increase networking and collaborations among partner organizations;
-Inform about the opportunities and the benefits of the Erasmus+ Programme, especially for NGOs and youth workers.

The TC will gather 26 Youth workers (including trainers and staff) from the following 8 Programme Countries: Sweden, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, North  Macedonia and Romania, in Limmared from 26 of may to 03 of June 2019 (including travel days).
