Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και επιστρέφονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 180 ευρώ από τον οργανισμό υποδοχής.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

Main goal of the project:
Training and developing the skills and capacity of youth workers in order to increase the financial literacy among young people.

Specific goals:
At the end of the project, participants will:
-Demonstrate, validate and enforce through their work, values and attitudes agreed with the principles of Youth Work;
-Prepare, use and manage learning activities for young people based on nonformal education, interactive teaching and contemporary pedagogy;
-Use specific skills such as – games, workshops, discussions, setting educational goals, facilitating learning processes through experience, managing group dynamics, giving feedback, designing and conducting training activities.

As a key outcome of the project, participants will develop competencies to create, conduct and evaluate financial literacy training programs based on NFIs, interactive teaching and contemporary pedagogy. These skills will help them provide high quality training services (trainings, workshops, etc.) to their target groups – young people from different countries and with different social statuses. This will improve the opportunities offered by non-formal learning in countries with a low level of youth work development and will directly address to the Erasmus + Youth program priority. The process of training and development of youth workers that will be implemented in this project is based on an innovative approach implemented as a long learning process. It is a combination of an online course using ICT capabilities, a 10-day skill development and a follow-up period for application and evaluation of the results.
